YouTube has updated its video recording iOS app YouTube Capture and optimized it for the iPad. The optimization comes a couple of months after the Google company introduced the iOS app. It also supports the growing trend of mobile adoption among YouTube users. According to YouTube, 25 percent of all views come from mobile devices.

The Capture app lets you record and share videos directly to YouTube using your iOS device. The app includes video editing tools such as trimming, color correction and auto stabilization. You can also use the app to add music to your video.

The app lets you access YouTube as you would online and set your video shares are private or public. It also has social sharing buttons, so you can post your YouTube creation to Google+, Facebook and Twitter.
