App developer SocialJitney has a new iPhone/iPad app for children’s stories called The Story Home.
The app includes audio stories of children’s books. It is designed to let parents hand off their device to kids while in the car. The app includes 75 different stories, all certified by the American Library Association. The app is $1.99 and the stories are available for purchase.
The app features three free stories, a Weekly Top 10 (as ranked by users), a library tool, and the ability to bookmark within stories. There is also an e-commerce feature, where app users can shop for new stories.
