Open Road Integrated Media is expanding its Pat Conroy ebook collection with the digital release of the author’s 1970 literary debut, The Boo, in North America.

The Boo is the story of a man at a military school who is brought down at the hands of his greatest admirer. The new eBook includes exclusive photos and author bios, and the enhanced version of the eBook includes videos about the book and the author’s life.

The publisher has already put out digital versions of The Prince of Tides, The Lords of Discipline, The Great Santini, and The Water Is Wide.

Open Road is also working with Conroy to develop his book into a feature film or television production with filmmaker Jeffrey Sharp.
