Pulse has been a poplar news aggregator ever since it was launched a couple years ago, but the app has had at least one major limitation which has bothered the more extreme news junkies. Until today’s update, this app would only let you follow a finite number of sources.

Today that changes. Alphonso Labs has just released a major update for Pulse which is really going to shake things up. The app now lets users follow an unlimited number of sources. It also features better navigation as well as  easier customization, and improved search functions. The Android app also has a couple extra features not found in the iPad app; there’s a new home screen widget as well as a new sidebar menu.
