Spotify for Android Updated

Spotify is currently testing a new version of their Android app and it’s available for download right now.

The music service made quite a few changes to the app, including new support for Android 4.0 and a full redesign to change the navigation and make the app more responsive. The app is even more social than before and you can now check out friends’ profile pages and playlists on the go. There have also been improvements to the content like higher resolution artist and band imagery as a new sound quality setting (320kbps, higher than CD quality). Of course that last might not be so noticeable if your earbuds are as cheap as mine.

Like the previous versions, this app only works with their paid mobile service.  You’ll need to visit their website in order to listen for free.
