Facebook iOS & Android App Updates Bring New Tagging & Sharing Features

Facebook has updated its iOS and Android apps and added a whole bunch of new features.

The iOS update includes the ability to share stories from a news feed with one tap. In addition, the update includes a share link to re-post stories from a user’s news feed. Users can also now tag friends in any post, comment or photo, as well as add emoticons like smiley faces and hearts in messages.

The Android update  also includes the share option on news feed stories, and improvements to photo tagging. In addition, now Android users can create an album from the “Photos” tab on Timeline. The update also includes a fix for status update failures, which had affected some users.
