Tips & Tricks – iPhone Secrets, a $.99 app dedicated to teaching you how to get the most out of your iPhone which joined the list two weeks ago, has retained its No. 3 position.

Truyen Choi, a Vietnamese app with silly stories, has debuted on the list this week.
