Verizon released its first iPad commercial this week. In the ad, a man is freed from the four walls of his house, as his network expands. The ad says, “Introducing iPad. All the magic of iPad. All the nationwide power and reliability of Verizon.”

Verizon and AT&T Wireless both began selling iPads in stores at the end of October. We expect AT&T will have their own commercials one of these days. But they will have the challenge of overcoming their reputation for dropped calls and bad reception.
