YouTube has jumped to the top of the free Android apps list this week, according to research from Google Play. The app jumps from the No. 5 position last week, knocking Google Maps into the No. 2 slot. The rise could be timed with the presidential debates. YouTube will allow you to stream the presidential debates live tonight.
