Vogue reportedly sees the worst drop-off, with rumors of a 33 percent decrease from last year's issue. This is likely part of the reason Condé Nast
called upon consulting firm McKinsey & Co., notorious for its
layoff-loving reputation. Will the Devil wear Loehmann's now? One move Condé didn't hesitate to make was to
