It's gone from bad to worse at NBC late night. The network decides to give Jay Leno the 11:35-12:05 p.m. slot, much to the chagrin of Conan O'Brien, who's gone on the offensive. Fox wants to recruit the current Tonight Show host, but language in his contract might make that move impossible (and Fox's affiliates don't want him). Who's to blame, in the words of Craig Ferguson, for the "atrocious management by a once great American network"? A whole host of people, but it sure makes for some great TV...
