Whether you've taken another position or are saying goodbye to a job involuntarily, you want to go out on a positive note -- even if you're not feeling so peachy about the company. So if you choose to send a goodbye email, what exactly should you say? Who should the recipients be? When should you send it? Many people want to know the norms for this sort of thing.
