Jay Leno takes
a pay cut to save the jobs of some of his staffers. That's the good news. The bad: nearly two dozen workers already saw their Tonight Show
positions disappear. The moves are cost-cutting measures, an effort to trim some bloat from the production. That said, the move has Comcast's fingerprints all over the place. It's also a sign of the struggles
