The rains may come, but the Revolving Door Newsletter goes on. In a huge shakeup, Scott Forstall is out at Apple. The "brilliant but polarizing SVP" was the man in charge of iOS and, at least to a certain extent, the entire direction of the company. He also led the Siri project and the Maps disaster, which hurt his standing within Apple. Jony Ive, Eddy Cue, and Craig Federighi will take over his duties. Elsewhere in Cupertino, John Browett says goodbye as head of retail, a job where he had been for just nine months. He replaced Ron Johnson, the dude who dreamed up the giant glass cubes that dot major metropolitan areas around the world. Browett, one of the first major hires for Tim Cook, drew criticism for trying to cut hours and increase profits. Your list of winners and losers, should you care, is here. This isn't a new Apple, but it's the biggest news since Steve Jobs passed away a little more than a year ago...

Sam Amick joins the USA Today sports section. He'll cover the NBA...
