The Times Restructures; Warner Bros. Gets a New CEO

The New York Times remakes its masthead after a number of buyouts decimated the top ranks. Big winners include Larry Ingrassia, who takes over as assistant managing editor for new initiatives, as well as Janet Elder, the new assistant managing editor for newsroom resources.
