Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher plan to launch Revere Digital, a digital venture and conference business backed by NBCUniversal and another unnamed investor. They will compete with AllThingsD, which remains part of the News Corp. stable. It will be a big challenge to replicate the success of the brand a second time, but no one is betting against the duo and the staff they are bringing over from their previous place of employment...
