It sounds like Jessica Coen soon will be leaving her position as editor-in-chief of Jezebel. "My husband, mortgage, and cat are all in Chicago," she told BuzzFeed. Coen has been in the position for four years and previously worked as editor of Gawker, deputy online editor at Vanity Fair and online managing editor at New York. New York columnist Maureen O'Connor's name was floated as a possible replacement, however, Gawker Media editorial director Joel Johnson denied she had been offered the job. (As did O'Connor herself)... Over at Gawker's tech site, Gizmodo, Geoff Manaugh is out as editor-in-chief after only nine months. In a staff memo, Johnson said Manaugh "did not integrate well with the structure both within his team and the company as a whole." Managing editor Brian Barrett was named as his successor.

The Huffington Post promotes national editor Kate Palmer to managing editor. She joined from The Onion in 2012. Palmer replaces Jimmy Soni, who is off to India to help launch the site there. "It has been Jimmy's dream to spearhead the launch in India, where his parents were born... I'm delighted that he will be there from the beginning of this effort until the launch," Arianna Huffington said in a statement... Meanwhile, Laura Schocker leaves HuffPost, where she was executive editor of the Healthy Living vertical, to join as executive editor. Nextgov hires Camille Tuutti as executive editor. Most recently, she had been editorial director of FedScoop...

Metro US loses editor-in-chief Dorothy Robinson, who steps down to pursue other opportunities. Aleksander Korab takes her place while the company searches for a more permanent replacement... Money snags Laura Goldstein as digital deputy editor. She previously worked at AOL Money & Finance and This Old House and recently helped Parade launch an iPad app... Esquire poaches Andrew Bowen from Men's Fitness to be director, American fashion, grooming and retail.

Major programming changes at CNN International mean a staff shakeup is also in the works. Sources told TVNewser about 20 off-air editorial positions have been cut in Hong Kong, and about two dozen positions will be added across the London, Atlanta and Hong Kong bureaus... HLN has officially named Lynn Berry the host of HLN Weekend Express and Brian McFayden sports correspondent for Morning Express With Robin Meade and hired two new correspondents... Australia's Ten, the country's third-biggest commercial TV network, will end four shows, resulting in the loss of 150 jobs... Ed Schultz ends his three-hour radio show, moving to a one-hour Web-based broadcast that will stream for free on a new site... MSNBC anchor Jose Diaz-Balart lands a gig hosting the networks 10 a.m. hour, replacing Chris Jansing... And there are changes at Elle, We Are Social and more...
