Does Cyndi Stivers' reunion with Susan Lyne at Martha Stewart Omnimedia mean that Time Out New York's run as a magazine editor factory is over? Stivers, who had been president and editorial director of TONY since its launch in 1995, announced this week she would be leaving for an EVP post Martha Stewart, taking care of business development and new ventures. (Stivers and MSO president Susan Lyne spent seven years together when the latter was editor of Premiere.)
