Just in case you're boycotting meta-media news sites this week (including ours), yesterday's big news was that former Condé Nast editorial director James Truman had resigned from the same post (and the CEO job, to boot) at his latest employer LTB Media, the stable of art-related vanity magazines published by Canadian classified-ad mogul Louise T. Blouin MacBain. Truman was apparently sick of the rambling midnight phone calls that MacBain considered story meetings, according to Women's Wear Daily, not to mention the shoestring budgets that were a far cry from the cash he had ...
