With Memorial Day come and gone, we're wondering whether media's revolving door will begin its traditional lazy summer rotation or if industry struggles will continue to force layoffs. If we were the betting type, we'd put our money on job cuts slowing as signs of a recovering economy continue to filter through the news cycle. Expect the pace to pick up again in the late summer -- especially for magazines -- as publishing houses realize the September issues they were hoping to fill with business-saving ads don't meet expectations...
