In a surprise move, Betsy Morganis out as the CEO of The Huffington Post, replaced by former Ziff Davis head and current managing partner of SoftBank Capital, Eric Hippeau. Morgan, who joined the online news aggregator in October 2007 from CBSNews.com, doubled advertising revenue during her time at HuffPo, but the new boss will look to increase incoming dollars even more.
