Evan Williamssteps down as CEO of Twitter. He'll stay with the company and "be completely focused on product strategy." During his tenure, Twitter jumped from 20 employees to 300 and expanded from 1.25 million tweets per day to 90 million, but it couldn't make significant cash. That will be the task handed to former COO Dick Costolo, who fills Williams' position. He will be the third CEO since Jack Dorsey left in late 2008...
