Joanna Coles is rapidly remaking Cosmopolitan in her image. The former Marie Claire editor replaced Kate White and almost immediately started bringing in her own people, including executive editor Joyce Chang, entertainment editor Dana Stern and digital director Abby Gardner. In addition, Coles poached Self's Sara Austin to be deputy editor and snagged Paul Solomons from British GQ. He is the new creative director. The woman knows how to work, that's for sure....
