Jane Pratt may be leaving Jane, but the magazine's name will stay the same. Pratt, who is now 42 years old with children of her own, exited her readers' demo long, long ago, and now she's inching towards the door herself. Pratt and her bosses at Fairchild Publications announced yesterday that she'll be stepping down as editor of her eponymous creation at the end of September, most likely after her successor has been announced.
