The Revolving Door has Condé Nast on the brain today (is there ever a day when it isn't?) after a corporate reorganization that will keep the company's kremlinologists busy for weeks. In a nutshell: Si Newhouse has consolidated his various magazine holdings (which used to include Condé Nast, Fairchild, and Golf Digest under the Advance Magazine Group umbrella) under a new, larger umbrella called Condé Nast Publications, in which Fairchild and Golf Digest are but mere divisions. So what does that mean? In the short run, it means that Fairchild president Mary Berner now reports to Condé CEO ...
