Pardon us the obvious joke this afternoon, but it appears that former Office Pirate Mark Golin will not walk the plank at Time Inc. Golin has landed as the editorial overseer of People.com, working with new arrival Mark Armstrong (who just came from a job in advertising) to manage the breaking news arm of one of the country's most beloved journalistic franchises (we're not quite kidding)...
