The New York Post's Keith Kelly is cackling with glee this morning about the mini-shakeup across town at the New York Daily News. Metropolitan editor Dean Chang and national editor Mark Mooney were forced out, and essentially replaced with Stuart Marques, a Post and Daily News vet who had been working in PR, and William Goldschlag, who joins from Bloomberg.
