There appears to be a mini-scandal of sorts brewing at the Time Out group in Chicago. Folio:reports that Time Out Chicago editor Joel Reese has been fired "after allegedly violating a company policy," although which policy and whether that is truly the case is still unclear. But Reese, in any case, is gone, and publisher David Garland is already accepting resumes from outside the magazine. Time Out's North American editorial director Elizabeth Carr is running the title in the interim, but presumably she's likely to fill that spot sooner rather than later. The incoming editor will ...
