| barriticus | Posted 7/10/2006 12:24:11 PM | show profile Anyone know who the big ones are right now? My "Writers Market" seems to be out of date (for instance, St. Martins no longer does them). Any help would be appreciated. |

| barriticus | Posted 7/10/2006 2:53:22 PM | show profile Thanks, appreciate it. Does Hyperion have some sort of subdivision that handles kids books? I checked out their site and got the impression that they just did adult books. |

| flipflap | Posted 7/12/2006 10:21:49 AM | show profile You might want to take a look at PW's Children's book issues It comes out once or perhaps twice a year. Spring and fall probably. The full page ads with lists of forthcoming books and PW's list will tell you who the big boys are at the moment and exactly what they're up to. In the past, I've been able to buy this special issue at newsstands in NYC. Or you can read it in the library. |
