And what do you mean by "disfunctional" i.e. eccentrics, abusers, screamers, atty's who spend all day placing online bets, HR people who do evil or nutty things? Or are you just interested in incompetent workers? Pls Advise--I've got a ton! M |
| edigerj | Posted – 5/29/2007 7:56:10 PM | show profile | email poster Dysfunction with a Capital "D" I recently left a law firm because of the way I personally was treated by the firm's main partner. Envision "Devil Wears Prada" only in the legal industry. She was a beast! She actually told one attorney that she should stop socializing with certain other attorneys because they were "carp" or "bottom feeders". She went so far as to tell her how to dress and whom to date. What made it the worst was that she was always preaching about God and religion and loving one another, yet she regularily made people feel like crap. I'm available for comment if you need more. |
