Hello Fellow Publicist:

I am working on a red carpet event and wanted to find out if there is a one stop shop to get paparazzi to the carpet in terms of press release distribution? We have done a distribution through PR Newswire, and are doing follow-up with our television entertainment outlets, as well as Wire Image. Just wanted to know if there was some sort of collective or organization that is a one stop shop to get the information out. Thanks in advance for your responses.
