I'm interested in hearing from people who have incorporated fundraising for a non-profit into their celebrations. For example, at my wedding my partner and I donated money to a children's charity on behalf of our guests in lieu of party favors. We have also participated in Amnesty International's Taste for Justice fundraising dinner parties.

I'm working on a service piece and would like to include other examples from throughout North America.
