Does anyone have any ideas to drive traffic to a Web site? I have posted articles with the dadsdivorce.com link and I have contacted other similar web sites for cross-promotion. My boss is really on me hard to get our Web stats up and I have done as much as I can without a budget for advertising. I have placed a banner ad on a few radio stations and have gotten a few mentions on radio. The Wall Street Journal write an article about my firm in March and I still do not see the results that my boss wants. He wants to get 25,000 unique visitors a month. Any help is greatly appreciated. We do add new content daily and the meta tags are okay. Looking for creative ways to get this site in the view of men who need our help. We provide free legal advice and other services. This site is dedicated to helping men. I am also looking at adding a lifestyle section.

Thank you.

I preface this by saying I'm not in the biz of search-engine optimization. However, I know a lot of people who are good at it and they tell me the best way to increase one's profile is through what's known as "organic traffic." That means the more people who link to your site, the higher your rankings will rise.

The best thing about this is it can all be accomplished without paying a lot of money to purchase keywords, but obviously it does require some effort.

Are you writing daily news? If so, get yourself listed as a google news provider. They'll check you out and approve you in a few weeks as long as you meet their their guides. (Get a webmaster acct there and read up on those guides.) Also target areas online that suit your niche market of divorced dads. You all will have to figure out which sites are appropriate for those links.

Thank you for your comments. I add new content every day but the traffic is not picking up fast enough for my boss.

Thanks again for your comments and have a nice day.
