Hello -

I'm a newbie writer/student in San Francisco and I could really use a friendly, supportive, experienced journalist who would be willing to mentor and advise me. Nothing too intense - you don't need to edit my work or even read it - I just need someone to answer some questions and hold my hand when I'm too scared to ask someone for an interview! Maybe we could meet once in a while for coffee or lunch? A group might be lovely, too.

hi there, sunnyhome. what kind of stuff/industry are you looking to get into? i am an experienced writer--mostly doing travel, fashion, lifestyle for web and blogs. i'd be happy to answer any questions for you or meet up for a coffee in sf... let me know.
