| One2Three_ | Posted 7/12/2007 9:12:15 PM | show profile Court Tv served a good purpose. It let everyday people see inside a court room and did good reporting on the supreme court. In the last 2 years court tv has become liberal. I am sad to see the rebranding,i fear this will mean less trail coverage, less reporting on legal issues and more cops and crime show. |

| One2Three_ | Posted 7/12/2007 10:45:53 PM | show profile dot dot dot MSNBC has more shows about crime ,cops, and prisoners than CNN and FNC combine. MSNBC's crime shows get better ratings than CNN or FNC. In fact thats the only time MSNBC gets ratings. |
| One2Three_ | Posted 7/12/2007 10:46:20 PM | show profile sorry for the triple post lol |
| Olbypocrisy | Posted 12/27/2007 1:11:19 PM | show profile Jan01 Court Tv Becomes Tru Tv CourtTV.com and CrimeLibrary.com will be frozen. No more new postings. Time Warner is killing Court Tv.Court Tv allowed everyone to see inside courtrooms and see how our justice system works. Its sad to see everything has turned into ratings and money makers. |
| crtyree | Posted 12/27/2007 7:32:29 PM | show profile I think what should be done is still offer a channel that focuses on the actions inside the court, so that people can see what really happens. Instead of relying on shows like Boston Legal and Law and Order. Great shows, but quasi-right about legal proceedings. I think it's great they're re-branding to stay competitive. But they should make a court channel like C-SPAN. While it won't be as flashy and a big money maker, but it could do for courts what C-SPAN did for politics. |
