It's a panel interview which I've never been apart of before. (a panel of 5.) Does anyone have any tips or tricks or have experience in the structure of these? I assume it will be a general discussion and I'm sure I'll do fine since the job is a great fit with my background but I'm just curious if anyone has any insight (from both sides of the chair.) thanks in advance! (no, i'm not a beginner but didn't know where to post this - I'm a mid career manager.) |
| Mag Girl | Posted 7/16/2007 5:18:06 PM | show profile Good luck! These things make me nervous. Don't have much advice to offer, but remember to make eye contact with *everyone* in the group as you answer questions, not just the person who asked. |
