Here's an example that actually happened to me: I showed up at this women's house (not realizing that the address was residential) and she started telling me her life story about how she'd been evicted and was struggling to support her adoptive daughter through her resume-writing service. It was that clear that she wouldn't be a good employer, but she laid on a huge guilt trip when I tried to leave. Suffice to say I did not accept her job offer. ------ www.UrbanMuseWriter.com |
