The office manager will be responsible for opening the office M-F at 8:45am and work from 8:45am-1:00pm. He/she will answer phone calls, assist walk-in clients, provide quotes and information on products and services sold, send e-mails, book appointments for account executives, and other light admin duties (data entry and light bookkeeping). Basic graphic design (use of Illustrator and Quark) a major plus but not required - specifiy if you know basic design. Looking to fill this position this week. Training will be provided.
