Hey folks,

Got an email from a film distributor who wrote:

"I'm interested in your rates for a package including DVD key art, full wraps and one or two sided sell-sheets - this is the typical package we deliver to our third-party distributor."

I am in NJ -- any chance anyone has a sample rate sheet for this area?
