At least Obama would be going after the real terrorists and...who was that guy who caused 9/11 again--oh--Osama Bin Laden.

Unlike the Master of Disaster Bush who invaded a country who had nothing to do with 9/11, blew the chances to catch the real terrorists, including Bin Laden (6 years and counting), and became the greatest terrorist recruiter Osama Bin Laden could have ever hoped for.

Yes, honda, your GOP crowd has gotten us into a mighty fine mess that you can be justly proud of. Look forward to you and all of the Bush crowd, in and out of the White House and Congress, announcing your departures or those of your sons and daughters to Iraq to fight for the cause you so deeply, deeply support.

Because surely it would be immoral to send other families' sons and daughters into a war of choice without making the sacrifice yourselves, right?

And if all the pro-Iraq Attaq GOP blowhards had signed up for Iraq, the overworked soldiers of our Army, Marines and Reserves wouldn't be facing stop-loss, repeated tours, shortened leaves, and 15-month tours (up from 12).

I don't have to predict. All my posts here are about the reality of the GOP-led disaster that is Iraq: half a trillion dollars (and counting) wasted, more than 3,650 American soldiers killed and another 20,000-plus seriously wounded, anywhere from 35,000 to hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians slaughtered and their country destroyed, the fragile MidEast teetering on the brink of an insanely dangerous regional war, oil at its highest price ever, and global terrorism far greater and far more dangerous than before BushCo invaded.

Job well done, GOP. A record to be proud of.
