Interview went great, but they decided to give the job to an in house employee (which I am finding is the norm). It's very upsetting to know they wasted 2 hours of my time, and got me excited for a job I truly wanted and was 100% qualified for; they probably never intended to give to an outsider. I was at Random for 7 years, and they did the same thing. |
