Greetings all! I am trying to find divorced middle aged women who were either left or they left themselves for a soon-to-be-published book by Eric Manfred entitled You're Hot; He's Not: The Girlfriend's Guide to Mid to Late Life Divorce.

If anyone has a source or indeed a divorcee please contact me, so you can help Erica help other women like herself who has gone through the life-altering ordeal before.

Here are the requirments:
Wanted: Women over 45, separated or divorced within the last ten years to fifteen years, or contemplating divorce, willing to talk candidly about your personal experiences and attitudes regarding your marriage andbreak-up for my new book: He's History; You're Not; The Girlfriend'sGuide to Mid and Late Life Divorce to be published by Adams Media inSeptember, 2008.

I'm seeking women's stories about what happened to their marriages, and the difficulties as well as the rewards of splitting up after 10,20, 30 or more years married to the same man. I want to know if there's life after divorce for older women?and what that life is like. He's History will include my story, stories from divorcees, along withtips from experts and divorced women about surviving the often overwhelming challenges of mid or late life divorce.

I am especially interested in talking to women who initiated the
divorce due to feeling emotionally estranged.

You will be identified by a first name of your choice and your age.
Your true identity will be kept strictly confidential.

Would you like to be a part of this book? Please contact
Christine Petrozzo, research assistant to Erica Manfred, at capetroz@gmail.com. I will be interviewing over the
phone, so a number and good time to call would be helpful.
