Does anyone have any recommendations for a PC-compatible editing software? I want to edit some audio files (spoken word) before uploading to my website. Also need to convert files from wav to mp3 or wma. I am such a newbie at this, I've never heard of wma before! My website host recommends converting wav files to mp3 files using "Highly rated (and free) audio file conversion software available from www.dbpoweramp.com" Any suggestions or recommendations? |

| nellie bly | Posted 8/8/2007 5:27:40 PM | show profile thanks for the recommendation, chucho! I downloaded Audacity a few days ago. It was recommended by the mfr of my recorder, so I thought I'd start with it. I have just started the editing tutorials. So far so good, but it's all new to me. so I guess I'll be able to do podcasts when I master it? |
