If my calculations are correct, if you account for two weeks of vacation and a 5-day work week, that is not even 12 minutes per day. I wish the DOT would give Atlanta that $354 million instead- our traffic is horrendous, and most have no option but to drive (and drive far) because mass transit here is a joke and doesn't go anywhere. If I was stuck in traffic an average of 12 minutes per day, I would be elated. So I am wondering if the figures in that article are a little off. |
