The verbal equivalent of chalk on a blackboard? What are your nominees for words that should be banned? Here are a few of mine: paradigm, extreme (for anything remotely related to advertising), "The Surge", and "Iraqi benchmarks"--unless they are fully and honestly explained for the US scams they are. |
