I've been asked to provide a pull letter for a stylist that I'm working with to produce a fashion shoot. Can anyone tell me what I need to cover in the letter? Do I basically just confirm that my publication is producing the shoot and will need XXX number of clothes for XXX number of days?

Is it similar to a letter of assignment?

Something like this if this is what you are agreeing to do....

STYLIST NAME will be styling a FASHION?? story for X magazine that PHOTOGRAPHER NAME is shooting on AUGUST 18 in NYC. We will be shooting INFO for our MONTH issue.

Please allow STYLIST NAME to borrow whatever she may need for this shoot. We accept full responsibility for the care and safe return of all clothing, accessories, etc. that are borrowed.

Credit will be given for all items featured.

Thank you for your cooperation. Please call me at the below number if you have any questions.
