I'm interested in starting a celebrity blog and I wonder if they are a good resource for that. Sites like fuglywood.blogspot.com and ybf.blogspot.com look like they are benefiting from them but I just wanted to know if any of you have personally used them or are presently using them |

| Stephanerd3 | Posted 8/21/2007 9:27:15 PM | show profile | email poster I only used blogger.com briefly, for a personal blog, way back when. I know there are many others who use the blog professionally and seem happy with it, especially with its added benefit of being free. If you're really serious about starting a regular blog, though, and developing a large audience, I would invest in your own domain, and perhaps blog via wordpress, which will allow you to host the blog in your own name (without the wordpress.com suffix) for a very small fee. I've been reading problogger.net, and they recently had a post on this very subject that I found extremely helpful. If you can't find the post through a search yourself, feel free to e-mail me. I probably saved it somewhere in the depths of my gmail folders. ------ steph - contains multitudes, yet still spends most of her time with the copy machine. www.stephiswrite.com |
