You've certainly touched a nerve with all the posters here in O/T and found a novel and wonderful way in which we can all get to know eachother and one which we all look forward to. It seems that by the time I get online on Thursday evenings there are already 30 or so responses. You seem to have discovered some inner need in the human psyche to want to reveal the most private and personal info in a safe and entertaining way. Keep up the great work Janet! |

What started off as a whim on a boring Thursday morning seems to have struck a common chord with fellow MB'ers. I feel that we have gotten to know each other a little bit. Rather than anonymous screen names, there are now personas behind the words. I think that when it comes down to it, we all have the need to feel connected, that we are not so terribly alone, and that there are others who feel/react/think the same. I'll keep posting Random Thursday until someone tells me to stop; or it loses its appeal. Until then, I look forward to reading everyone's answers! XOXO- JBE |
