Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for ? high crimes and misdemeanors,? the group wrote in a letter written on behalf of its board members. The letter says that impeachment is warranted for their ?deceiving the public under the false pretense that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction? and ?destroying? the reputation of the United States and the good will of other nations. ?The time for impeachment is now ? before the example of George W. Bush?s regime is set in stone,? they wrote. ?Future generations will thank you for preserving the freedom of our nation and its relation to the entire human community.? |

I have been calling for impeachment since the day they stole the first election and have been trumpeting this refrain ever since. Many more American citizens need to shout this out loud until something is done to impeach Bush, Cheney and every other crooked politico involved in this dictatorship they call an administration. We need the unions, the students, religious leaders and just plain old folks to make their voices heard loud and clear. You cannot count on your vote any longer. With two stolen elections already under the Republican belt, people need to demand an honest election that gives a receipt with the voters name, address, who they voted for, on what date and time, so that there can be no skewing of the machines this time, or go back to the old fashioned paper ballot vote. Either way will work. |
