| KC4 | Posted 9/29/2007 5:10:37 PM | show profile Just moved back home and, while I LOVE Austin...I'm going nuts. Okay, so I can take breaks to sit by the pool during the day, but I've yet to find any cafes with great wireless service, or any writing groups that don't make you do silly writing exercises. I want to meet professional writers/freelancers. And I need to get out of the house and have conversations with people other than Perez Hilton. Help. |

They have a great e-newsletter and print newsletter, good website, etc. I went to a workshop on novel writing -- it was very good. I find their prices reasonable. http://www.writersleague.org/ |
